Vic Dobner is the Senior Pastor of Showers of Blessings Church in Concord, North Carolina. The ministry was established in 2002 and actually began in a commercial office building. Pastor Vic owns an apartment renovation company and prior to a full time call to pastoral ministry was very active in the business. He believes that the marketplace plays a vital role in presenting Jesus Christ to a lost and dying world and has seen the Lord use the business to bring many to Christ and encourage them to live their lives for the Lord. His brother, a devoted Christian, is now leading the company for kingdom purposes.

Pastor Vic has been married for 20 years to Stephanie Dobner and has two children: Courtney and Chuck. His wife Stephanie plays a major role in the ministry activities of the church and she leads the worship team. Pastor believes that strong marriages are the backbone to the effectiveness of any ministry. He believes that the cry of the heart of God is for healing in families. He also believes that young people must see a passionate and committed pursuit of God in the lives of adults and parents.

Pastor Vic has a vision to minister to other pastors and to serve them. He believes that it is critical that the leadership in the Body of Christ has an ear to hear what the Spirit of God is saying to the churches. He believes that it is critical that we begin to walk in great humility before the Lord and allow the Holy Spirit to bring correction and redirection to our lives. He believes that judgment will begin in the house of God and that it is critical that we respond to the voice of God now so that we will not have to learn the hard way later.
